We meet on the first Thursday of the month to embark on a 75-minute journey of minimal effort and maximum support. A practice to restore balance to your nervous system, guiding you to rest & digest - relax & renew. Our sessions are via Zoom, with you and your well-being at the centre of our focus.
During our time together, I will guide you to. explore the art of nurturing the body in positions of comfort and ease. This regular monthly practice is powerful, bringing you closer to your optimal self and nurturing a profound sense of wellbeing.

Gather your pillows, blankets, an eye cover, find a place at home, close the door, take off your watch. Tell those you live with that you will be practicing yoga and would appreciate some time alone.
