I have been practicing yoga since 1987 and teaching for over 14 years. I am the founder of Soulful Nature based in North Norfolk where I specialise in Restorative Yoga and gentle yoga for everyone, offering individual and group sessions, in person and online.

I have a long-time love of mindful watercolour and working with textiles, which I enjoy sharing with others.
