Wellbeing

Let’s embrace less ‘doing’

I'm Fran, your compassionate guide. I share my knowledge and the wisdom of yoga, specialising in slow, mindful and restorative practices.

I truly believe that ‘non-doing’ is never wasted time, I enjoy creating space for individuals to unwind, release tension, change relationships with physical pain or fatigue and embrace peace.

Through gentle movement, supportive props and mindful breath work, I invite you to become present, let go of guilt around doing something as radical as ‘nothing’, just to feel well, and to reconnect with your own inner guidance.

Whether you're seeking relief from stress, healing physical ailments, or simply looking for a moment of tranquility in your busy life, Restorative Yoga offers a refuge where you can truly become nourished on a deep level.

When we meet for our wellbeing sessions I will share with you, and you will experience, how the body can rest in ease and comfort, releasing tension and coming back to homeostasis.

My training is under the guidance of internationally renowned teacher Judith Hanson Lasater. She is the leader in this field and my relationship with her has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of wellbeing through Restorative Yoga.

As an invited and dedicated member of her teaching assisting team for 7 years, I've had the privilege of deepening my knowledge, refining my skills and experiencing first hand how it feels to let go.
