Fran Newman has been practicing yoga since 1987 and teaching for over 13 years. She is the founder of Soulful Nature based in North Norfolk where she specialises in Restorative Yoga offering individual and group sessions, in person and online.

She also runs bespoke yoga & nature-inspired mark-making workshops for private groups.
