Gentle mindfulness

What I love about Fran's yoga is the gentle mindfulness she brings to her practice. Through many years of attending her classes I have learnt to be aware of my body's response to each movement, enjoying what feels beneficial and taking care when some sensation suggests I need to hold back a little. This has enabled me to bring the same awareness into my everyday living, to ensure that I use my body well and give it every chance to remain healthy and mobile into the future.
