Join me for our next dates this Spring our Restorative Workshop Series guides you on 3 evenings to renew, return and replenish. Together we will cultivate the soil of practice,encouraging regular rest through each season of the year and each season of life.

Restorative yoga revitalises you by gently encouraging the body and nervous system into deep rest — the kind that truly restores you rather than creativing simple pauses in life.

To Renew : Others will notice when we take time to nurture ourselves, to feel soft and spacious in your relationship with yourself. Time to renew.

To Return : A practice to return to homeostasis, to come back into balance with ourselves and life.

To Replenish : Others will notice when we take time to nurture ourselves, to feel soft and spacious in your relationship with yourself. Time to replenish.

While each workshop can be attended individually, regular monthly attendance offers a deeper experience. Repeated rest supports the nervous system to soften more fully, helping the benefits carry into everyday life.

Previous experience is not needed as there will be time to support individual needs. Sessions are held at Warham Reading Rooms, Warham village near Wells, North Norfolk.

At Warham Reading Rooms, The Street, Warham, Nr Wells next the Sea, NR23 1NH. Please bring your yoga mat, 2 blankets, an eye cover / eye pillow and anything else for your personal comfort.

Please wear warm comfortable layers and bring cosy socks. Refreshments provided.
