I offer a supportive programme for individuals to meet on a regular basis. During these sessions we will discover, and you will experience, how it feels in the body and mind to be able to reduce stress levels, embrace relaxation by placing the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate good health and wellbeing.

This programme includes 5 x 90 minute sessions in person on mutually convenient days & times, 30 minute consultation prior to starting and pdf of information to keep. Homework is given to encourage you to build upon what you learn from our sessions. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on you.

It is my intention that by the end of the programme you will have the necessary skills to develop a home practice of constructive rest each day to facilitate a reduction in the stress response and improve long term health.

I am based in North Norfolk, near Fakenham. Sessions take place in my dedicated space at home or at your home by arrangement.
