Join me for our Winter Restorative Workshop Series as I guide you on 3 evenings to rest, relax and renew, cultivating the soil of practice and encouraging regular rest through each season of the year and each season of life.

Part I : Rest is vital for restoring our physical health, mental clarity and emotional balance. It is also key for establishing good sleep habits. When we are well rested we are more able to handle life's demands with ease and clarity.

Part II : No one can make you relax but instead we experience how to create the best conditions for relaxation to arise.

Part III : Others will notice when we take time to nurture ourselves, to feel soft and spacious in your relationship with yourself. Time to renew.

While each workshop can be attended individually, the full series offers a deeper experience. Repeated rest supports the nervous system to soften more fully, helping the benefits carry into everyday life. The series format allows insights to mature, practices to feel familiar, and renewal to become something embodied.
